Dolly graduated in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Edo State. She also bagged a Diploma in Social Work in the year 1998. She started her professional career in Human Resources with Aims Group owners of (Aim Consultants Ltd, Coolfm, Wazobiafm, Nigeria Info Fm, and Chocolate Royal) where she served for 6 years and later proceeded to CLG Securities Ltd, a Financial Advisory and Investment firm where she served as the Human Resources and Administrative Manager for 3 years. She currently serves as the Human Resources and Administrative officer for Loochi Investment Ltd.
