Responsibilities
- Register new members
- Process microloans & thrifts for new & existing members
- Monitor member’s daily, weekly or monthly repayments and/or cash collection
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate members needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
- Prepare & deliver appropriate presentations on products & services
Requirements
- Proven Sales experience in a Microfinance Institution
- Proficiency in English & any of Yoruba & Igbo
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fast learner & passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Minimum of OND
- Must reside close to Egbeda axis of Lagos
